Installing Mac-On-Linux

Starting Mac-On-Linux
Mac-On-Linux is started with the command startmol. The guest OS is specified by the command-line arguments. To start Mac OS 9 or earlier, run:
$ startmol
To start Mac OS X, run:
$ startmol -X
To start Linux, run:
$ startmol --linux

Options
Mac-On-Linux has some useful options which are also called by command-line arguments. To see a full list of options, run man startmol.

| --help | -h | List all switches |
| --cdboot | Boot from CD | |
| --ram=size | Specify the amount of RAM Mac-On-Linux should provide for the Guest OS, in megabytes. | |
| -a | Allow a small kernel module version mismatch | |
| --exact | -e | Require exact kernel module version matching |
| --loadonly | -l | Load the kernel module but do not start Mac-On-Linux |
| --list | List the versions of installed modules |
